This full-body workout uses only your bodyweight, so you can go at your own pace or push your limits. Whether you're looking to maintain, level up, or challenge yourself, this class meets you where you're at.

After class, enjoy a 20-minute complimentary sauna and cold plunge session to recover, refresh, and leave feeling completely revitalised.

Remember to bring your swimwear, 2 towels and a water bottle.

Time: 10am Thursday and 9am on Saturday.
