Sauna Conduct

To keep the sauna space safe and comfortable for everyone, please follow these etiquette guidelines:

This sauna is a shared ritual space, before you step inside:

  • Swimwear must be worn — no nudity here.

  • Rinse your feet in the bucket provided before entering.  The floor may be slippery, especially when wet. Move with care.

  • Always sit on a towel while inside the sauna.

  • Limit each session to a maximum of 20 minutes — we recommend 5 to 15-minute intervals. Listen to your body.

  • When adding water to the stove, pour gently — never throw or dump water.

  • Only use the provided sauna-safe water with the ladle.

  • The stove, benches, and walls can get very hot. Please avoid touching them.

  • One person in or out at a time — be aware floors may be wet and slippy, take your time.

  • The shower and cold plunge must be used within your reserved time slot only.

Oils & Sauna Products

Please do not bring or use your own essential oils or scented products in the sauna. Non-approved items can cause hazardous reactions when heated, create slippery surfaces, or pose fire risks.

Environmental Awareness

Our Sauna is located in a field and built on a trailer with steps up to the shower and sauna, there are no hand rails. These areas involve natural hazards — uneven ground, drops, steps and slippery surfaces— and you accept full responsibility for your safety while navigating them.

Cold Water Plunges

If you choose to use the cold plunge:

  • Be aware that you do so entirely at your own risk.

  • Ensure you are mentally and physically prepared for the cold water. Please check with your doctor before using the cold plunge if you are pregnant or have heart conditions, high blood pressure, have a history of fainting, dizziness, or other medical concerns.

  • Access and exit the plunge pools slowly and carefully, floors may be wet and slippery.

  • Limit your time in the plunge pools to 1–3 minutes for beginners. 5 minutes maximum for all users.

  • Practice slow, controlled breathing when entering and during the plunge.

  • Ensure your warm up afterwards - bring a dry robe, or something to wrap up in and a warm drink.

Group Bookings

If you’re booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure that everyone in your group has read and understood these terms. Each guest is expected to act responsibly and follow the guidelines.

Safety & Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to deny accesscancel bookings, or end sessions without refund if:

  • There are health or safety concerns.

  • Guests fail to follow the sauna use rules.
