How do I book?

All bookings are made through the booking page on our website or through our app.

When should I arrive for my session?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to give yourself time to check in and prepare.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna and a towel for showering, a full water bottle, suitable swimwear and a robe if you plan to chill out at Wild Space after your session. Do not bring valuables with you as we have no where to store them safely for you. We recommend removing all jewellery before your sauna.

Where can I get changed?

You can change in the main shower block at Burnbake Campsite.

Who can use the Sauna?

Adults and children 16 years and over if accompanied by an adult. Please see our sauna terms of use. Please check with your doctor before using a sauna if you have any medical conditions.

If you have any underlying health issues, please seek medical advice before making your booking, this also applies to those that are pregnant.

We encourage you to make sure you stay well hydrated throughout the experience by drinking water between breaks. A staff member will advise you on using the sauna correctly prior to your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking online through the link on your booking confirmation email up to 48 hours before your session.

If there is a reason that we have to cancel a booking, you will be notified by email/mobile and refunded.

Cancellations will only be refunded if 48hrs notice is given. If you do not turn up to your booked session, you will not be refunded.
